I am an entrepreneur, administrator, and corporate executive with over two decades of leadership experience across real estate development, property management, and agriculture. As the Managing Director and CEO of Grow Group of Companies, I oversee a diverse portfolio, including Grow Homes Group, Grow Insight Ventures, Grow Homes Estate Facility, Grow Insight Property, and Gibeon Ville Estate. Under my strategic vision, our group has built a reputation for delivering high-quality real estate assets, exceptional facility management, and innovative agricultural solutions.

My entrepreneurial journey is deeply rooted in a robust academic background in public governance and policy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration (Second Class Upper Division) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis. Demonstrating a lifelong commitment to sustainable development, I am currently concluding my Ph.D. in Public Policy at the University of Abuja, focusing on urban resettlement frameworks.

Before founding the Grow Group of Companies in 2005, I built my career across vital public and cooperative institutions. My early professional journey includes impactful roles at the FCT Water Board, the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, the Cooperative Federation of Nigeria (CFN), and the Nigeria Investment Cooperative Union. This rare blend of public policy expertise and private enterprise leadership empowers me to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, drive corporate growth, and deliver sustainable value to our stakeholders and communities.

Garuba Richard, MNIOB, is a highly accomplished, CORBON-registered Certified Builder and Project Manager with over 15 years of comprehensive experience directing high-value institutional, civil, and defense infrastructure projects across Nigeria. He specializes in bridging the gap between complex engineering designs and flawless physical execution, maintaining an exceptional track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to exact technical specifications.

Technical Expertise: Advanced utilization of Differential GPS (Hi-Target, Kolida) and Total Stations (Leica, Topcon, South) alongside expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Surfer, and Global Mapper.
Academic Excellence: Recognized as the Best Graduating Student in Surveying and Geoinformatics (HND & ND Distictinction); holds a PGD in Geomatics from Ahmadu Bello University.

Nsiagwai Clement Onyeka is a seasoned surveying professional with extensive experience in land measurement, mapping, and property assessment. He has led numerous surveying projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
